Once you contact us, we will send you a short questionnaire for you to fill out.

This will better help us know what you are looking for. 


We then meet for a consultation to hear all your ideas, budget, and to better get to know you.

You can bring images that you like or just tell us what you want.

We will show you some of our ideas as well. 


After our consultation, we start collecting vendors, venues, and design elements for a full proposal that will be presented to you.

You then decide yes or no. If yes, we sign a contract & let the planning begin.

If no, we work to make it a yes.


Once the proposal is a go, be prepared to pay vendors in order to reserve their services.

We will then start meeting with the vendors up until the week of the wedding.

You will be involved the whole step of the way and will be given the opportunity to meet each person who will be a part of your special day. 


The week of... we will be there the entire step of the way. We will coordinate the vendors for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception, keeping your wedding on schedule and stress free.

All you have to do is relax and enjoy your day.
